Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact nathalie@alabonfoods.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will gladly replace or refund the affected items.

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase by emailing nathalie@alabonfoods.com with your order number. We do not accept exchanges or returns, however, if there is an issue with your order, reach out and we will make it right.
