Hi, I'm Nathalie, Founder of À La Bon!.
À La Bon! was born from my love of tropical fruit, Caribbean culture, and the magic that happens around a table. Growing up surrounded by vibrant fruits and warm spices, I learned that preserves or konfiti, were never just spreads. They were the heartbeat of family gatherings, the soul of a kitchen, the stories our ancestors whispered through recipes passed down with intention and care.
What began as a quiet passion in my kitchen blossomed into something bigger: a celebration of bold island flavors through small-batch jams that honor where I come from. Every jar is handcrafted in Tampa Bay with vibrant fruits, real ingredients, and flavor combinations rooted in my Haïtian heritage. A love letter to the tropics in every spoonful.
